How do we stand on the promises of Elohim (God)?

Promises of God are limited to a specific person or people, or they are general to everyone.
Limited promise ----------------General promise
Unconditional----------------conditional--/--unconditional
An example of a limited unconditional promise is Genesis 18:10 promise specific to Sarah. She didn’t have to do anything.
Example of General conditional promise Mark 16:15-18; James 4:8, 10, 16 general to believers, you do this and He’ll do that.
General unconditional I Peter 2:24
For the promises to work you must have faith, obedience, and patience.
Hebrews 10:23, 35-36, 39; James 4:6-8,10; 5:13-16; I Peter 5:6-7
How to claim the promises
1.) Does your promise meet your need or desire?
2.) Is your will submissive to God?
3.) Will your promise honor God?
4.) Can Elohim fulfill your promise without hurting someone else?
5.) Does the Holy Spirit bear witness that this is a good thing?
6.) Will your need or desire contradict anything in scripture?
7.) Will it help your spiritual growth?
Isaiah 58:6-12; Isaiah 58:13-14; Malachi 3:10-12; 3:16-18; Malachi 4:2What kind of promises are these? Are they for you?
Needs?
Philippians 4:19 But my Elohim shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Messiah Yahushua.
Desires?
Psalms 37:4 Delight thyself also in Yahuweh; and he shall give thee the desires of thy heart. (a conditional promise)
I John 15:14 And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He hearth us:
15 And if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.

Father I stand by Your Word and the truth of Your name. Your promises are for me and all those who believe in Your Son through His blood we enter Your covenant and have all the promises to Israel. I stand according to faith in Your Word.
